\nA rebase is a similar procedure to a reline. A reline replaces part of the pink acrylic whereas a rebase replaces most if not all the pink acrylic material. Rebasing may be recommended if the teeth in your dentures are still in good condition, but the base no longer fits or has been drastically damaged.
